CHANGE OF MIND

Ready-to-ship pieces (Brought Back) can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the piece arrives.

MADE-TO-ORDER AND ONE OF ONE

Made-to-order and commissioned pieces can't be returned for change of mind, as they are made specifically for you.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a piece arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll repair, replace or refund it — and cover the postage.
