Everything ships from Brisbane, Australia. Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–3 business days; the delivery times below start from dispatch.

WORLDWIDE

We currently ship to New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and Canada: 7–14 business days — A$35. More countries coming soon.

DUTIES & TAXES

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and Canada. Most orders to New Zealand, Singapore and Japan arrive without extra charges; larger orders to Japan may attract consumption tax on delivery. Orders to Canada are subject to GST/HST, possible duties and a Canada Post handling fee, paid by the recipient on delivery. These charges are set by your country's customs service and aren't included in our prices. We'll open more countries soon — follow along on Instagram.

Pieces from Still Upstairs are made after you order. The lead time is shown on each listing; shipping times start once the piece is finished.

Jewellery ships in a kraft box with black tissue and a handwritten artifact tag. Floors ship rolled in a recycled tube.
